What data we process and why

  • Bookings: name, phone number, email address, date, time, number of guests and any comments you add. Purpose: to manage your booking and let you know about any changes.
  • Celebrations and groups: the data above plus information about the event. Purpose: to prepare a proposal and send it to you.
  • Contact form: name, email address, phone number and your message. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry.
  • Allergies and intolerances: if you tell us about them, we use this information solely to prepare your booking or your menu safely, with your explicit consent when you send it to us.
  • Browsing: technical data needed for the website to work. See our Cookie policy.

We do not create profiles or make automated decisions based on your data.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send us a form or write to us, and the management of the booking or quote you request from us.

Retention

We keep data from bookings and enquiries for as long as necessary to deal with them and for no longer than one year from the last contact, unless we are legally required to keep it for longer. Bookings made on this website are automatically deleted from our system 30 days after the booked date.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required to do so by law. The following providers act as data processors:

  • Cloudflare (web hosting and security), which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework recognised by the European Commission.
  • Messages sent through the forms reach our mailbox by email.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to grupozebraibiza@gmail.com or to the postal address above, enclosing a document that proves your identity. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14. If we find that we hold data from a minor without authorisation, we will delete it.
